I´m a hard working professional women seeking to grow as part of a company while implementing my idea and skills.

I have been working in the customer service industry for the past 5 years.

I started in 2010 at a call center working with North American banks by verifyng funds in consumers checks.

Later in 2012 i stared at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana working as a Member services specialist helping customers to solve their issues while at hotel and assuring members satisfaction.

In 2015 i worked for an international company specialized in customer sevice outsourse in Dominican Republic, o worked for the prestigeous Direct TV company in a customer Retention Program.
