Work Terms
**Working Hours**:
- I operate Monday to Friday, from **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** (AEST).
- I do not work on weekends or **Australian public holidays**.
- Any consultations required **outside these hours** will need to be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.
**Consultation and Communication:**
- Each project includes **up to 1 revision** as part of the service package. Any additional revisions beyond this will be charged at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
- Responses to inquiries and communications will be made within **24-48 hours** during working days.
**Turnaround Time:**
- All deadlines and turnaround times will be clearly agreed upon before the start of a project. Any changes to the scope or timeline of the project may result in revised deadlines and fees.
**Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing at least **7 days in advance**. Any work completed up until the cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.
**Client Responsibilities:**
- Clients are expected to provide **all necessary information and documents** in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- The project may be delayed if the required information is not provided as agreed.
**Confidentiality:**
- All work carried out is treated with the **utmost confidentiality**. I am committed to protecting any sensitive information shared during the project.
