Work Terms
I prefer to work with a task list, where requirements are laid out ahead of time and an estimated time is given for each requirement. Development builds (Demos) will be sent to client daily (If project allows). Any changes or improvements to existing requirements will be reflected in a new estimate. Payment for small jobs is to be given in two parts: Half up front, half near the end. Full source is given upon receipt of final payment.
