Work Terms for Proofreading Services
Hours of Operation
-Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Warsaw - Poland)
-Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Warsaw - Poland)
-Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
-Urgent Requests: Available upon special arrangement, may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
-Rates: $15-30 per hour or $20-35 per 1000 words, depending on the complexity and type of document.
-Payment Schedule:
-A 50% upfront deposit is required for all projects.
-The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final document.
-Payment Methods: Accepted via bank transfer, PayPal.
-Invoices: Issued upon project completion, with payment due within 14 days.
-Late Payments: Subject to a 5% late fee for each week past due.
-Cancellation Policy:
-Projects canceled within 24 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
-Projects canceled after 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Additional Terms
-Confidentiality: All documents are treated with strict confidentiality.
-Revisions: One round of revisions is included in the initial fee if requested within 7 days of delivery.
-Rush Jobs: May incur an additional fee of 20% above the standard rate.
-Client Responsibilities: Provide clear instructions and all necessary materials for accurate proofreading.
