I have previously worked in Gulf Helicopters Company (Qatar) as an IT Helpdesk/Administrator, my 5 years work experience with GHC has exposed me to different fields of expertise, hone my skills into a more professional level and has taught me to work under pressure without sacrificing the quality of work.
I have logged thousands of hours doing Administration/Coordination role for IT Department and as an End-User first line of IT support (telephonic and email) and this includes day-to-day coordination with vendor, clients, IT Engineers and GHC staff, creation and proof-reading of Computer Instructions, Manuals, Policies, Letters, and Project Management in terms of Network and Software Upgrades.
As part of IT Department, I have gained technical skills as well and worked on several kind of application and software. Due to extensive requirement for creating reports, manuals, trackers, presentations and flow charts, I have acquired competency in MS Office Applications and this has helped me to accomplish work efficiently.
Work Terms
I prefer working in the morning between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm PHT, 40hrs/week or less an can also work on some weekends.
