I have worked with US companies before (graveyard shift EST and PST) I have worked with an educational company online that sells unique review programs to high school students. I am the marketing coordinator at the same time a customer service representative who develops strong customer relationships and will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and chat within the assigned TAT, build customer relationships as part of the sales process. It was a challenging role and I really love doing it. Unfortunately, the biggest client went out of business and that had a major effect on the revenues so they have to let go of all their virtual workers.
The latest client was a real estate closing attorney. I am assigned to answer calls from clients and do administrative tasks. I order hoa, water and payoff bills through email, fax or phone call. I also manage the files needed for closing. Data entry using SoftPro of the needed documents for closing. I have loved doing all these tasks for more than a year and I am proud to be one of the productive Vas in the company. After some management changes, it became clear to us that they wanted to shift to hiring an office based worker due to privacy reasons.

As a freelance virtual assistant I currently provide a number of services for my clients including customer service which resolves complaints via phone, email or social media.
