More than 5 years of working experience in different corporate roles in the BPO industry made me become more versatile and diverse when it comes to the knowledge and skills needed on any project. From Customer service, Operations Coordinator and Being a Team Lead for Sales, Asset Protection Services and Financial Accounts.
