We write for TPA's, contractors, homeowners, public adjusters, independent adjusters, and attorneys. We use the attorney/paralegal set up to save you money. What we mean by this is we have somebody that is less experienced set up the claim (copy the adjusters estimate) and then Darin comes in and finishes it off and presents you with the ESX (if needed) and PDF for review. Revisions are never charged for. His services are generally below going rates for the level of competence that you get. As a former storm chaser, local building codes across the nation are something that he generally knows as well. We can supplement the insurance as well and send in proper code documentation. Darin can write estimates from the insurance or the contractors perspective. We have writers on staff that can be assigned to you for a low rate as well. W-9 can be given to you as well.
