An illustrator/filmmaker born in Orange County, California, Dariru is currently living in Japan. After a decade writing and directing 8 short films and producing/co-founding the Kansai International Film Festival, Dariru transitioned into illustration. In 2014, he illustrated covers for Waylines Magazine. The following year he began work on the graphic novel The Immortal.
