Work Terms

Project Scope & Submission: I accept up to 25 images or 45 minutes of raw video footage per project. Larger projects can be discussed and may require extended timelines.Turnaround Time: For photo edits, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Video editing typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on complexity. Expedited services are available upon request for an additional fee.Revisions: Each project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at an hourly rate.Communication: I work closely with each client to understand their vision. We’ll have an initial consultation to discuss your preferences and goals for the project. Ongoing communication will be maintained to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.Delivery & File Formats: Edited content will be delivered via a secure link in high-resolution formats tailored to your needs (JPEG, PNG, MP4, etc.). I also provide versions optimized for web, social media, or print if required.Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made before editing begins to qualify for a full refund. After editing starts, 50% of the project fee becomes non-refundable. I strive to ensure client satisfaction, so if you’re unhappy with the direction of a project, I’ll work with you to make it right.Confidentiality & Ownership: I respect the confidentiality of all submitted content. Edited content will be licensed for your personal or commercial use. However, I retain the rights to the editing work and may use it for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
