I am a computer shop owner for more than 15 years. I started doing research work for High School students, Encoding Thesis and Feasibility of some college student in our province. This things helped me to know how to use Microsoft word even inserting Tables and Graphics in it. I also learned how to use Microsoft Excel in which Grades and other accounting papers are done. I also made slides for teaching purposes, reports and pictures. As the business grow i started doing some magazines using Pagemaker then I switch into Adobe Indesign. I've learned how to use Photoshop on doing some of the weddings. brochures, flyers and tarpaulin for any occasions. I've done troubleshooting on my computers, doing cleaning, networking, formatting and installing software needed for it. In this scenario i have been equipped both on software and hardware of the computer. I have resolve must of the computers issue my shop encountered. I do research must of the time to help me see the best way I can help my customers. Through this I learned a lot of things on what my customer wants. Even at this time that they know how to use the computer they still ask advice on it.

Work Terms

As a worker i will always be preferring on my (Client's time/Companies Time). I will always try to be in help on the needed time depending on the work needed. The rate will always be negotiable even if we have that fixed rate for ourselves. The rate work varies depending on what is being ask to be done. I can always be at help for some works needed in a negotiable manner.
