I was a territory sales manager for fortune 500 company Abbott Laboratories out of Chicago Ill. Abbott was a very difficult company to work for because they refused to allow representatives to limit their potential their training was considered to be the best in the world in the medical sales field. Our initial training in diagnostic systems sales took one full year. Their high expectations shaped me into the person I am today. This was the foundation of success that prepared me for a mindset of sales and marketing excellence. At Abbott I, worked as a Diagnostics Systems Sales Representative, A Regional Sales Trainer, A Territory Manager and a Specialty Sales Representative in our HIV Division. I was an all-star performer in all areas.
Beyond Abbott, I started a training and development firm that focuses on leadership, career and personal development. I have worked with some of the top companies in the world as well as built a brand that is known globally. All of this without being capitalized. My training firm has sold millions of dollars in training solutions to top businesses, organizations, schools and school district and academic institutions.

Work Terms
I am willing to take on projects ranging from one week to 6 months. Must have some flexibility to service current customer base, however that is typically on a day-to-day basis as a speaker, consultant, never long term.
