I will provide front-line primary technical support to users and on various technical issues and problems relating to Desktop & Laptop setups, Desktops, Laptops, Hardware, software and peripherals. I Exercise critical thinking and independent judgment in selecting troubleshooting methods and techniques to mitigate issues. I posses situational awareness of the dependency on business impact and urgency in determining priority levels. I Perform initial research, prioritization, and troubleshooting of any Incident that may arise. Last but not least I provide effective incident resolution with enthusiastic customer service.
Work Terms
Work hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday -Friday
