I don't build in order to have clients. I have clients in order to build.

I am an architect with over 20 years of work experience in residential and commercial building design, landscaping, civil engineering and related subjects. I am proficient with most styles of architecture, and 3D building modeling and rendering. I have access to a team based in California, specializing in architectural design and 3D Modelling. We use Chief Architect, ,AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds Max and V-Ray to create our drawings. I can convert your sketches into a set of industry standard AutoCAD drawings, including 3D presentations of your building and/or interior design, Flythrough animation or I can create your drawings from scratch based on your specifications for any building or structure.
I pay special attention to details and timing, and it is crucial for me to deliver my projects on time. I enjoy working with people, and respect my clients and their opinion dearly.

Work Terms

I am flexible with work hours. I like to keep excellent communication with my clients, so anything that would facilitate this communication, from chat in Guru, talking on Skype or other means like Webex, etc. works fine with me.
