Living in London all my life, travelling and touring on major productions for television and film and events companies 25 years. encompassing a vast skill set along the way as was required in my roles and many qualifications funded through work has made me a versatile and economical way to develop your dream, whether they are a house, boat, apartment, flat, motor home, or land terrain.

I expect to qualify every stage and signed off to produce the goods you want.
I don't waste time and I need you to help by having an idea of what you want.
I will produce Digital images and three digital 'to scale' drawings and three digital adaptations / perspectives based on three consultations to produce a fly through or walk through camera view. Which gives you three times the value of any designer architect in my field.
I need half up front for a survey drawing supplied by me, which is a basic shell of the environment or structure or dwelling.
the second half after the second perspective.
The third perspective I will finish after full payment and will help you finalise your concept to realisation and also quantify your materials and costs and help you project manage your project's start up and lead time and planning schedule.
