Here is my job description as a Supervisor
Handles a team with more than 14 agents
Responsible for making sure that client goals are met
Conduct huddle with the team and present, recommends solution to assist members who are failing in any of the
given metrics
Does daily coaching to each agent ensuring that the company’s standard and processes are
followed
Creates a daily game plan to be able to organize the daily tasks
Has to be proficient both in oral and written English communication
Attends meeting with the manager and sometimes client to provide feedback and provide innovations when needed, to improve the service
Has to spend 80% of the time, doing floor support, coaching and supervising agents.
Performs admin tasks which involves agents worked hours, daily update on metrics, reports that need to be accomplished within the day.
Motivates agent to perform at their best
Conducts training to update agents with the new products presented by client
I am know MSoffiice pretty well and I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to changes

Iam an expert in multi tasking and organizing things based on priorities
I have worked with different tools like CANVA,SKUGRID, HYDRALISTER, FIREZILLA, DSM, DSGENIE, ETC.
