I am an experienced Instructional Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry.
My skillsets include Storyboarding, Technical Documentation, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and assessment creation. I also work with digital adoption tools to create Product Experience Solutions for customer-facing software and Digital Adoption Solutions for employee-facing software by using Digital Adoption tools such as Walkme and Pendo.
