Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Our team operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. However, we understand the urgency of project requirements and are flexible to accommodate your needs outside of these hours.

Payment Terms: We typically operate on a milestone-based payment system. An initial deposit is required to start the work, followed by payments at each major milestone. The final payment is due upon project completion. We accept payments through Guru’s SafePay system for the security and convenience of our clients.

Communication: We believe in clear and frequent communication with our clients. Our preferred communication channels are emails and Guru messages for most correspondence, and we are open to scheduled calls for detailed discussions. All important decisions and changes will be documented and shared with you.

Project Updates: We provide weekly updates about the progress of the project. However, if you prefer a different frequency of updates, we can accommodate that as well.

Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and assure you that all discussions and project details will be kept confidential. If required, we are open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Support and Maintenance: Post-development, we offer a support period to fix bugs or issues that might arise. Beyond that, we also provide maintenance packages for ongoing support and updates.
