If so, we outline the scope of the engagement so it maximizes the impact on results. We then seamlessly integrate into the existing operational setup and fly under our clients’ flag as an integral part of their team.
Maximum flexibility is key. We don’t believe the fixed retainer model fits the rapid changes tech startups often go through, so we aim to give our clients the possibility to ‘switch us on and off’ as their growth trajectory sees fit.
