I am a freelance graphite pencil artist who works in landscape, portrait, animals and more. I work with clients to create the vision, or help them create ideas for what they want.
I was introduced to art at an early age by my grandfather. He would do oil paintings in his kitchen and I just fell in love with the entire idea of being an artist. He taught me some drawing basics and I was off and running. I took art in school and unfortunately my teacher was not that great of an artist or teacher. However I created my own way of making art and soon everything I did was hanging on the walls for all his students to see. He showcased every sketch I did. Later I went to work and put away my art for a long time. Only going back to it when I was depressed or stressing over things. A friend saw my art work and loved it. I typically would do something and just throw it away. He sparked in me a passion to share my art with the world. Shortly after this, I was in an accident which left my right hand crippled. No longer able to work, I spend my time sketching while I am healing. My publishing and working in art might be a very limited thing. If I go back to work, it may be lost forever. If I get enough interest in it. I might be here to stay. The majority of my work never is with a reference.
