Being in a customer support field I am learning strong business strategies with a technical foundation to understand complex development activities to streamline decision-making and enhance communications across departments. I learned digital marketing, website designing where I put customers at the center of all that I do. I excel all the execution of big ideas with given constraints, I am constantly learning because I love everything about the web. Even when I leave the office, I tend to continue gaining from the web at the house. Most recently I have been working on websites for eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
Previously, I was working with Ienergizer Pvt. Ltd. as customer support where I learned about communication skills and dealing with the problems of the customers. Currently, I am working as a Supervisor in KMI was handling their website accounts as well as their customer support. Providing them back-end support for the up-gradation of their website and business. Handling multiple social accounts like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and also handling Brand releasing for Nike, Air Jordans, and many more brands associated with us.
Colleagues know me as a highly creative entrepreneur who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the customers before suggesting ideas.
