The care the firm brings reflects the standard of our lively hood which is provided daily in the design and planning of every building. For the past 30 years the firm has provided Architecture, Planning and Construction Management services and presently holds licenses in Architecture, in Ct, MA, NH, NJ and is proud to be NCARB certified to practice in any US state.

Our core competencies include: Architecture, Planning, Feasibility Studies, Historic Restoration and Tax credit Applications, Condominium and As Built Documents and Cost Estimating.
Our strength is our ability to integrate design and cost for clients interested in the marriage of budget and design. We offer experience in management of large complex consulting teams; versatility in our approach and ability to respond to projects requiring Traditional, Design Build or Modular systems (precast, metal, wood, manufactured sections) delivery methods.
Simply put our depth of knowledge in the light construction industry with wood frame, concrete and light steel systems and experience in new construction, renovation, rehabilitation and preservation is utilized daily.
We design: single family homes, low-rise and high-rise residential structures, churches, day cares, kennels, mixed use buildings, restaurants, retail spaces, stables, temples, etc., this is done with hand drawing, written language, photo montage, cad, rendering, models, verbal communication and any other tools necessary to assist our clients in achieving their vision.

Work Terms
The practice is open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and other times by appointment.
Typically services are compensated for at a scale-able billable hourly rate of $85 to $120 per hour plus reimbursable since 1995. We are agreeable to work with clients under most common arrangements, such as hourly, fixed fee, caps or upsets, and percentage of construction cost. dak basis our fees and delivery of services on the models derived by the American Institute of Architects. Compensation may be made by check, credit card or cash and is typically due in 15 days.
