Work Terms
1. Communication: I am available on any preferred communication platform for regular updates and feedback. I ensure a timely response, typically within 24 hours.
2. Work Hours: Flexible work hours based on project requirements and time zones, ensuring overlap for meetings and discussions.
3. Project Scope & Deliverables: Clear project scope and deliverables are agreed upon upfront to avoid any scope creep. Revisions and iterations are discussed and limited based on the project agreement.
4. Payment Terms: Payment is preferred via secure platforms, and structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery, or per milestones for larger projects.
5. Turnaround Time: Project timelines are established based on the complexity and urgency of the project. I ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.
6. File Delivery: Final files are delivered in the required formats (AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.) along with the source files, if agreed.
7. Confidentiality & Ownership: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, while confidentiality is maintained throughout the project. I retain the right to use the designs for promotional purposes, including in my portfolio, on my website, and in other materials, to showcase the quality of my work to potential clients.
