Attorney at Law

David is a Chicago area attorney with practice areas in information technology law, intellectual property law, and business law. He is a graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law where he served on Law Review and as a Chicago Intellectual Property Colloquium Fellow.

Prior to attending law school, David had over a decade of experience in information technology and software development and is a published author with over half-dozen technical books under his name. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the West Suburban Bar Association.

Work Terms

I tend to do flat-rate billing over hourly for most matters.
