Illustration with a ray of joy
My name is David, I was born in Wrexham, Clywd, North Wales, currently living in Southampton.
My main focus of illustration revolves around the field of children’s books and fantasy although I have created illustrations for cards, gaming amongst other areas of illustration.
I used to work in the traditional form of creating illustration, using acrylic paint or drawing techniques but these days I explore the realms of digital art using programmes such as Photoshop, Illustrator and my XP pen and art tablet.
I have worked for a number of Editorials, authors and creators over the years on a variety of themes and have developed particular styles and have gained a great deal of knowledge along the way.
