Timeline & Process are keys in reaching set project goal

My name is David and I am Project Manager with at least 2 years several management experiences. This includes, managing the machine maintenance crews and schedule, and supply and logistic management while working with Pan-United Concrete Ltd.

When my team was managing the machine maintenance crews and schedule we have to ensure most importantly that the crews were safe while carrying out the maintenance. Secondly, the machines were service regularly, which includes changing consumable parts. This also means that my team has to ensure that there was a healthy level of inventory parts. All of this were carried out so that there were no long down time.

With another team, the supply and logistic team, we manage the supply of materials to various plants to ensure that production will not be interrupted This includes liaising with various material supplier and arrange logistically the materials to various plants to maintain them at healthy stock level for optimal productions.

My philosophy as a Project Manager, is to streamline process with the help of critical-path timeline so as project goals are met at a timely manner.
