David Daniel is a managing partner in the Daniel Group, a management consulting firm specializing in sustainable, managed innovation, engineered disruption and strategic transformation. His more than 20 years of experience spans practice in the federal, state/local and commercial domains.
As a global consultant, David has helped businesses and government agencies develop and implement transformative, meaningful change to capability portfolios, service delivery and operations.
He has successfully developed and implemented business transformation strategies across agencies as diverse as the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS), Snohomish County and the City/County of Honolulu.
David has been a guest lecturer in strategic innovation at Pennsylvania State University, as well as a featured speaker at multiple Gartner and Open Group events worldwide. In 2015, he was invited to present a paper at Davos, Switzerland on regional government methods to design sustainable, citizen-centric risk reduction in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
