I have over 30 years of experience as a Senior Creative Director, Brand Developer, and Marketing Strategist in various creative and marketing environments in Financial Services, Pharma/Biotech, Healthcare, and FinTech. I have led creative, brand, and marketing teams for both in-house and agency teams, working with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and established organizations of all sizes.
SO WHAT:
I have a successful track record of building and leading teams at companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Best Egg, and Independence Blue Cross. At Synchrogenix, I created the entire marketing engine, including the creative and marketing teams, and established a foundation for these teams to thrive. With my extensive experience, I have gained expert-level knowledge in all aspects of marketing, creative, and branding.
I strive to create environments that foster creativity and innovation and have spearheaded several new brand and rebranding initiatives with Fortune 500 companies. I have built brand standards and creative guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and established cross-divisional brand committees and review processes to ensure cohesive brand strategies are followed through.
In my previous role at Best Egg, I achieved a 116% YoY increase in project intake, grew our social media presence by 2,164%, and increased conversion rates through our direct mail channel by 124% and click-through rates in email by 52%. During this time, I also grew my team by 167% and improved my department's eNPS by 24 points.
