David has designed systems for shipboard uses such as bilge, ballast, fuel, exhaust and many others as well as cryogenic space applications for testing rocket engines. His oil & gas experience is in the upstream application of directional services for oil exploration. David is experienced with both commercial and naval practices of engineering design, construction and delivery from cradle to grave.
