Experienced professional mechanical engineer and development team leader. Available for new challenges in engineering design and analysis (calculations)

I am currently employed by a major 1st tier automotive supplier as an development engineering team leader, however, due to personal circumstances I am now living in Penang, Malaysia on an 8 month sabbatical. Hence, I am available to work on new engineering projects during this period (this has been agreed by my employer).
I have over 10 years of experience in automotive engineering through all phases of product development, including leading a team of engineers on a customer specific programme that is now in mass production. The company I work for manufactures fuel injection systems for heavy duty diesel engines. I am responsible for the development and validation of products for a large Asian customer.
