Formerly an entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in the TMT Sector during which time I founded and exited from a number of companies including, a Systems Integrator, a Virtual Network Operator and a Travel Technology dot.com, I now work on the other side of the table as a Corporate Finance Advisor, Investor and Mentor to Early Stage and Growing SME businesses.

After spending almost a decade in the Asian market from from 2002 - 2011, primarily in mainland China, I returned to the UK and in 2012 established 4 Oceans Capital Ltd to act as an Advisor and Management Consultant to startup and Growth SME companies in the UK. So far 4 Oceans has taken on engagements for Company Formation, Startup Planning, Turnaround work, Fundraising and M&A activities as well as Mentoring and NED work for a growing list of companies.

Since inception 4 Oceans has specialised in Tax Efficient investments for UK Startup and High Growth companies under the SEIS and EIS schemes and have successfully concluded 12 Investments along with other private investors under these schemes.
