I was also responsible for continuous improvement, documentation of standards, and training for quality assurance, and I managed distributed teams and individual experts (designers, developers and programmers) across the globe (remotely), with the responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction, quality, on-time delivery within budget limits, etc. I was engaged to help improve projects delivery, especially project requirements/specifications documentation aspect across multiple products, and my effort on the job, led to increase in the ratings of successfully delivered projects from 56% to 89% within the first two months of joining the organization.
