Work Terms

Work Terms Agreement
1. Hours of Operation:

Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
After Hours Support: Available upon request with additional charges.
Holidays: The provider will not be available on nationally recognized holidays.

2. Payment Terms:
Invoicing: Monthly invoicing for ongoing projects. One-time invoicing for fixed-price projects.
Payment Due: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Late Payment: A 5% late fee will be applied for payments made after the due date.
Accepted Payment Methods: Guru

3. Communication:
Preferred Communication Channels: Guru for official communication and task assignments. Phone or video calls for weekly check-ins or urgent matters.
Response Time: Emails will be responded to within one business day. Phone calls during working hours will be answered immediately or returned within 2 hours.
Meetings: Weekly status meetings will be held every Monday at 10:00 AM via video conferencing.

4. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

5. Termination:
Either party can terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
In the event of termination, any pending payments for completed work must be settled immediately.

6. Dispute Resolution:
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to first try to resolve the matter amicably.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation.
