I worked for 20+ years in a corporate environment for a multi national home furnishings company, starting as a shipping clerk, moving to production scheduling and manufacturing, systems analysis, and ending my tenure as the Director of IT for the last 7 years. After leaving the company, I started volunteering at a literacy nonprofit that had just implemented Salesforce and needed some help. I was familiar with Salesforce and was able to configure their system, automate their processes and train staff. I have since earned my Salesforce Administrator and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certifications and implemented NPSP at several other local nonprofits and have gained valuable experience freelancing with a Salesforce Application Partner on many of their customer's systems.
I am passionate about the power that systems and data have to transform an organization, streamline business processes, increase efficiencies and the bottom line. Salesforce is a wonderful tool to make that happen without having to write extensive code.
