I'm the one CEOs call when they are drowning in overwhelm trying to launch or scale their business.

Many call her Dawn, one calls her “Babe” and two call her “Mom”. Those she’s worked with over the years have called her a “Ninja”, “Swiss Army Knife”, “Master Communicator”, “Chaos Tamer” and “World Class Listener”, just to name a few. She’s also a San Diego native, which makes her kind of like a “unicorn” (a rare mythical creature).


All the names aside, with over 20 years experience spanning operations, marketing, strategy and human performance, she knows that being a successful business owner is not a "one size fits all" journey. She's had the amazing opportunity to work with a diverse group of companies and individuals making it her mission to learn the intricacies of each one. She has taken those experiences and created a massive "tool box" she pulls from with each client.

In 2017 she added something to her tool box that has proven to be extremely valuable. She earned her Certification as a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner. It's provided her with additional skills to enhance personal performance, improve rapport-building and innovative thinking and to provide a better understanding of the needs and motivations of customers.


In her free time she has been spotted at the local gym working on those arms, sipping a great glass of wine with her hubby (not at the same time of course) or at the pool or basketball court watching her kids compete in sports they love. Neither of which she or her husband played which makes it even more fun!
