Work Terms
**Hours of Operation**:
I am available for consultations and project work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). For urgent or time-sensitive matters, I can accommodate flexible hours outside of the usual schedule with prior notice.
**Payment Terms**:
Payments are generally structured as follows:
- **Hourly Rate**: An agreed-upon hourly rate for consulting or ad-hoc projects.
- **Project-Based**: For larger projects, a fixed price will be quoted, with 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion or milestone achievements.
- **Invoicing**: Invoices are sent bi-weekly or at project milestones, with payment due within 15 business days of receipt.
- **Accepted Payment Methods**: Bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card payments.
**Preferred Communication Style**:
I prioritize clear and open communication to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project:
