I launched my HR Consulting company - Unlimited Fervor Consulting - to help companies of all sizes flex their HR muscle when they need it most. I can step in and help HR/Operations Leadership by facilitating a Strategic Planning meeting, Design a Recruiting Strategy; Develop a Performance Management or Employee Selection Process; Advise on policies; Deep dive data and more.

I have a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication and a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership.

Work Terms

When/Availability: I am available to work anytime between 7:00AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday - Friday. I am available before and after hours listed and on weekends for a premium rate to be determined and mutually agreed upon prior to performing work.

How will I be paid: I am available for hourly work or project work.

Payment Terms: I will bill on a weekly basis and expect to be paid within 10 days for each invoice, unless other terms have been agreed to.

Where will work be performed: I will perform work from my home office in Colorado via phone, email and video calls. I am available for work at your location provided that expenses such as lodging, rental car, and per diem (agreed on prior to trip) be paid - or reimbursed within 14 calendar days, by the Company.

Expenses: Supplies and expenses that are specific to the client will be billed to the client.
