Assist with any part of the instructional design process: Needs analysis, Graphics, LMS development, Interactive lesson development, Voiceovers, Assessments and quizzes, QA / testing, Maintenance, Evaluation
Cooperate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help identify and define user roles, tasks, responsibilities, and the information needed to train learners to perform their specific job duties.
Review and provide feedback on existing learning materials, modules, and courses.
Applying instructional design principles & models, visual design skills to meet organizational objectives and support learner needs.
Work Terms
100% when the job is done and clients are totally satisfied or depending on milestones agreed before project starts.
I offer unlimited revisions so i will work until you are fully satisfied with the designs.
I usually use PMB for communications especially to keep record for the complete project conversations and files. I am also available by phone, chat, skype or email.
