Being an engineering graduate I joined The Frontier School, Ziro in 2010 as a PGT Chemistry. The lifelong riddle of mine got solved within few months of active teaching in the midst of lush green mountains of Hapoli, a valley town in Arunachal Pradesh. I saw the change within the students’ inner self not because of the curriculum itself but because of the sense of education being imparted by great teachings of my mentors.
My qualification include 4 years of high school teaching in CBSE curriculum, M.Tech and B.Tech degrees in Biotechnology.
I have worked as PGT Chemistry at Frontier High School, Arunachal Pradesh, for three years. During these years I have equipped myself with all high school responsibility such as creating a thriving environment to provide direct instruction to students using CBSE curriculum. It also involves effectively communicating both verbally and in writing with parents regarding program and students’ progress, I am also trained in Educomp Smart-class teaching.
In 2015, I completed my M.Tech in fields of Biotechnology as one of University Topper. In these years I've acquired in depth knowledge in research as well as scientific writing in the fields of chemistry and biological sciences. I've also published a research paper in an international journal on yeast fermentation. I strongly believe my experience and expanding knowledge will help me to nurture the able and bright minds.
From 2016, I’ve been working as Senior HR Manager at Galaxy Digital Private Limited in Kolkata. I look into the matters of Human Resources and employee affairs. I also take care the administration and supervise he internal operation for the company.
