I have over 25 years experience managing call centers. Inbound and outbound, customer service and sales. I have designed training protocol, served on Strategic Planning Committees, written numerous articles for industry publications and blogs.
My concentration is on Employee Engagement and creating a winning culture that organically translates into more satisfied customers! I also have extensive experience in contact center expansion, taking several call centers from 6-8 agents to 40 by developing hiring and training strategies.
