Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UTC)
- Additional hours may be available on request for urgent tasks or projects.
**Payment Terms:**
- Rate: $10 per hour
- Payments to be made bi-weekly via bank transfer.
- Invoicing will occur at the end of each pay period; payment is due within five business days of receiving the invoice.
- Overtime (beyond 40 hours/week) will be billed at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
**Preferred Communication Style:**
- Primary communication through email for task assignments and updates.
- Instant messaging via Slack for quick questions and urgent matters.
- Weekly video check-ins (via Zoom or Google Meet) to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
- Clear and concise communication, with respect to response times (within 24 hours for non-urgent matters; within 1 hour for urgent requests.
