My mission is to inspire, provoke, and pivot people of all ages to positive change and to become a better version of themselves in whatever area they feel the need.
Debra is an upcoming new and exciting, passionate writer in the area of inspiration, empowerment, and self-help. She is also the founder and CEO of Believing to Knowing, Inc. She was born in eastern North Carolina in 1971. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and studied Social Work and Sociology. She also has a background in banking in the area of financial management and bankruptcy. Her passion for writing started when she was in her early teenage years and have evolved as she herself grew. She is a mother, writer, mentor, and motivational speaker. Most of her writing is God-inspired and based on her life experiences, her observations, and a wide range of topics related to improving your inner self. These writings are richly equipped to provoke positive, progressive change in her readers, similar to a mini-self help workshop. They will make you laugh, cry, think, enable, inspire, equip, change, and refocus your mindset and thought processes.
Her hobbies include but are not limited to: Listening to music, reading, writing, traveling, exercise, fitness and diet, spending time with family, meeting people, shopping, social media, and studying fashion trends and styles.
