I am an experienced Customer Service Representative | Appointment Setter | Virtual Assistant | Order Processor | Quality Analyst | Team Lead with 11 years of BPO experience.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Registered Nurse. I started as a customer service representative and because of my hard work, I got promoted as a Quality Analyst and now working as a Team Leader handling more than fifteen customer service representatives.
