Highly skilled and experienced writer with more than 20 years of experience as a Technical Writer in the IT industry (Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and Change Management Analyst). English is my native language and I excel at creating clear and concise documentation including user manuals, training manuals, quick reference guides, job aids, system requirements, and system change requests in various industries.
