Job Role includes:

1). Identify required services if on-site-visit will be scheduled. Check Engineer qualification and availability
Dispatch Engineer at site and inform customer accordingly.
2).Coordinate spare parts information with logistics department. Ensure spare part delivery at site and synchronization with Engineer.
3). Plan and organize all long term activities e.g. Preventive Maintenance of the equipment's, modification etc. Synchronize with customer requirements and dispatch Engineer at site accordingly.
4). Monitor daily uptime service center operation (Notification Monitor Screen) in SAP. Escalate to respective operational group (CS management / logistics) if required.

KINGFISHER AIRLINES AS A COUNTER CONTROLLER FOR 02 YEARS AND 01 YEAR AS AN ADMIN EXECUTIVE AT BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

As a Counter Controller I use to:
1).Close the flight 45 minutes prior to the departure.
2).Handle NO-SHOW Guests.
3).Special Handling Guest like Wheelchair guest, Unaccompanied Minor, First time traveler.
4). Make Boarding Announcements and to make sure that all the Guest to board the flight and release the flight on time.
5).Create a new PNR or make a booking at Airport ticketing office.

As an Admin Executive I use to:
1). Handle Airport stationery materials through SAP.
2). Finger printer machine.
3).Maintain Guest complaints tracker.
4). Maintain Daily loads.
5). Make monthly Roaster.
6). Processing Visiting cards/envelopes & Letter Heads.
7). Maintenance of various records.
