I "Deepika" working as an Estimator since 2015. Currently in UAE and belong to INDIA.
I have had lost my job due to Covid-19 that's the reason Imma giving a try here ca I have to survive, pay bills, loans, etc.
I have a great knowledge of Planswift mostly was using that only for Quantity-take-off.
Recently learned a similar software ON-screen-take-off.
I use BAR-BENDING-SCHEDULE for steel qts.
I have my own excel sheets as well where I transfer data from the software.
I had worked on residential plots, factories, commercials,malls, schools, mosques, hotels, hospitals, police stations, etc project.

Work Terms
Right now I'm jobless so available for any suitable hours for your job. Big projects need a minimum of one month to do all qts take off, including architecture and structural, outer, landscaping, depends upon the size of the job. I can do small jobs too.
For MEP take-off, I can calculate just the number of lights, switches, and sanitary units. AS my company was dealing with MEP work with sub-contractors, so never got a chance to estimate wires and other stuff.
Expertise in 1-EarthWorks: Excavation, Backfill, Disposal, Shoring, Pilling, Termite, Dewatering. 2-Concrete: PCC, Columns, Shear/Corewalls, beams, Slabs, PT slabs, With steel and shuttering qty For Substructure and superstructure 3-Masonry works: Blockwork, qty and dampproof, insulation if any 4-Doors/Windows- Thresholds, Opening area, Fixed glass area, and Spandrel glass area. 5-Waterproofing- SBS, Combo, etc. qty takeoff 6-Finishing-Floors, parking, Walls, Skirting, Ceiling, External, Gazebo, GRC, GRP, Grooves, etc. 7-External works-Soft?hard landscape, Pavers, Gate barriers, Boundary wall works
