o Working with Judges on the Complaint Management System, to manage all sort of complaints registered regarding Human Rights violation, and responding to them as per directions given by the judges.

o Data Entry for all legal and complaints matters in MS-Excel and forwarding it to technical team for uploading it to portal.

o Sending Updates to NIC (National Informatics center) to publish the NHRC website with the latest updates, news-flashes, views of NHRC Judges/members taken by media channels.

o If the case falls under NHRC scope then sending letters to be complainant to proceed further with NHRC process, if he/she wishes to.

o Procurement of Books and Journals / Articles for library as per requested from various judges/members for the reference/study of legal details. less
