Salesforce/Veeva Vault Consultant /Administrator/Developer

• Having 4+ years of experience on Salesforce.com platform, Veeva Vault, Veeva CLM, JAVA, JSP, MYSQL, HTML, Apex, Trigger, SOQL, Dataloader
• Having Experience in SFDC customization.
• Hands on experience in Veeva Vault customization including Medcomms and PromoMats.
• Handling user configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, document types/subtypes etc in Veeva Vault.
• Having good knowledge on Veeva CRM on Multichannel feature (CLM).
• Coordinating with the Client for Veeva product releases.
• Experience in Administration, Configuration, Customization, Implementation and production support on Salesforce.com platform.
• Having Experience in Apex Trigger, Apex class, Visual Force Page.
• Experience in creating Profiles, Roles, and Validation Rules, Email services, Page Layouts, Workflow actions, Process builder.
• Strong understanding of Security Controls for implementing security such as sharing rules at object, Field, and record level for different users.
• Experience in customizing Force.com UI using Visual Force and page builder technology – Page Layouts, search Layouts, Custom Links and Custom Buttons etc.
• Provided L2 and L3 support with end to end solution.
• Always scheduling call with customers to discuss the issue if necessary.
• Hands on experience in BMC Remedy ITMS Suite, Heat ITSM tool which includes Incident, Change Management. Service request management etc.
