I am a seasoned organizational development professional and program innovator and manager. My career in senior management spans program development, training and technical assistance, program monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, curriculum development, and communications design and dissemination. My client list includes organizations in the nonprofit, private, and public sectors.
I provide thought leadership, develop and manage partner engagement, facilitate management and executive strategy planning, and design and deliver online and in-person and online program offerings. For the nation’s leading nonprofit organization aimed at promoting the mental health and well-being of young people of color and intersectional identities, I designed and developed original content for the start-up’s program offerings. Other nonprofit client work included facilitation and writing of board efforts to leverage assets of private development company and multicultural community housing entities. For an established federal contracting firm, I co-developed all the branding and identity materials for a unique organization development business.
