Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I am available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+1). For urgent matters or critical deadlines, I am open to working on weekends by prior arrangement. I can also accommodate flexible scheduling for clients in different time zones upon discussion.

Payment Terms
For smaller projects, I require 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. For larger projects, payments are split into milestones, with an upfront deposit of 30%, followed by milestone-based payments as agreed during project planning. My preferred payment method is bank transfer, though other methods can be discussed if needed. Invoices will be issued for each payment milestone, and all payments should be cleared within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Preferred Communication Style
I primarily use email and instant messaging tools like Slack, or WhatsApp for regular updates and quick queries. For in-depth discussions or project reviews, I prefer scheduled calls via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. I also use project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira to track tasks and updates collaboratively.

Response Time
I respond to emails and messages within 1 hour on working days. Real-time communication is prioritized during the agreed-upon collaboration hours.

Additional Terms
All project expectations and deliverables will be clearly outlined in a formal agreement before work begins. Confidentiality and data security are important to me, and I am open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required. Revisions are included as part of the project scope, but any changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately after prior discussion.
